Geely MK Cross hatchback bought this summer. In many ways, the car is good, but there are still disadvantages. The first thing I liked was the high ground clearance, which is the most for our roads. From what I liked, the easy control and beautiful design of the car. problems and go, but there are also questions about the assembly (they collect from us). The external design is certainly good, but inside it is clearly a complete flaw. No matter what color you buy a car, there will be a red interior inside, and crimson inserts in the doors, and a glove compartment near the handbrake will also be crimson. The doors need to be closed with an effort, which is not typical of many foreign cars, but here, as I bought an AvtoVAZ, now I’m slamming. If you are a tall person, the car is definitely not for you, and if your configuration also has a sunroof, then this is generally a complete nightmare, apparently the Chinese made cars for themselves, but not like for our men. You can’t sit at full height at the back, you have to bend all the time so as not to hit your head while driving. If we talk about the quality of all the details, then this is also a problem. A lot of little things fly off, but I endure it, but when the hatch stopped opening, then my patience snapped, I went to repair, for those. maintenance, everything is free. During the month, the headlight stopped burning, which also made me nervous. It was also annoying that on the road constantly, something either rattles,
or crackles, sometimes there were incomprehensible squeaks. It turned out that these were unscrupulous assemblers, either from their laziness, or from something else they did not want to screw in the bolts with high quality. In general, the entire assembly quality "struck", in the bad sense of the word. Wherever I climbed, everywhere one bolt or barely stuck out, and the other was screwed on or even one of them was missing. As for the trunk, of course, nothing can be expected. Here I have no complaints, but I immediately warn you that the trunk is really small. Now it’s winter and it’s cold. It will be almost impossible to start this car in cold weather, because the engine of the Geely MK Cross car with a significantly low power.

When I decided to buy a new car, I faced the problem of choice, since I was not rich with finances. They did not look at the VAZs, and now it remains to choose a Chinese manufacturer. I liked CROSS but there were doubts about the quality, but as it turned out I was wrong. The assembly at the plant in Cherkessk even surprised me, no crickets creak anywhere, the suspension is harsh, but I think it’s even an advantage for such a car with such a clearance (185). Toyota engine, suspension by the way, too. The salon is spacious and well equipped. I am very satisfied and I advise you to take CROSS, you will not regret it. You won’t find a better new car for this money.

I met Geely MK Cross in May 2014. To drive this car home from the dealership, I still had to sit behind the wheel, since she was still without a driver’s license. On the way, I was terribly tormented with the instrument panel, it was terribly uncomfortable for me to look at it, a complete flaw. The air conditioner stopped working before reaching the house, the headlights were not set as expected. The first time my sister’s husband began to drive this car. At first, he started having problems with the electronics, just one after the other. I had to repair a n-th number of times under warranty, the radio tape recorders generally had to be changed. Further, since the car has a very small carrying capacity, problems began with the car due to its overload (4 large adults and 1.5 sacks of potatoes were driving in the car). Again I had to go to the service station under warranty. Gasoline consumption in the city is very different from the declared one – about 10 liters. Definitely worth the money. The next one will only be new with independent rear suspension and good ground clearance. Emgrand X7 or something newer. Thanks to those who advised not to be afraid of the new Chinese.
